I didn't feel pushed into a purchase but the general manager made us feel very welcome and gave us as much information as we wanted. Very nice gentleman really appreciated all his help. Would definitely recommend shopping in there.

Good advice and no sales hassle

had a look at matresses online but wanted to try them out in the store. After aimlessly wandering - a store colleague explained the different types of matresses and there construction plus the pros and cons to different ones. No pressure on us whilst in the store - only advice and time to lie down and make up our mind.

We went into shop know very little about mattresses but mush explained to us. Staff knowledgeable, helpful and friendly cannot fault the Service.

Emma was extremely good. She has a very pleasant personality and is very knowledgeable about the products your company sells. Emma served us on a previous occasion when we received equally good service. Also Jenna who helped while Emma was attending to another customer, was very good and very knowledgeable about your products. sEe will highly reccommend your Chester store.

Like that prices were colour coded. Only minus the chose of mattress in an affordable price range .that were not memory foamed which we did not want too look at

Me and My fiance where buying our first ever matress so we had no clue as to what we where looking for. Jenna from Dreams in Sealand Road, Chester made finding the perfect matress easy. She asked us questions about the way we sleep and where we had any problem i.e. back issues so she could think of the best matress that she thought would suit us. She was knowledgeable, helpful, easy to approach and we ended up buying the perfect matress at a good price. Thankyou!

We went in store very unsure of what we wanted , we found Michelle to be very helpful , she guided us to what we needed and her product knowledge was spot on , pleasant visit indeed .
