Staff extremely pleasant and helpful

The member of staff was helpful but not intrusive. Gave just the right amount of help.

We saw what we wanted in a newspaper advert. The only problem we had was that it was not available to see in the Shrewsbury store and so we had a fruitless visit to Shrewsbury. However on enquiring by telephone we established that it was in your Chester store. Our experience at that store was as we have indicated highly successful.

It was simple and quick the staff , Peter and Jenna, were knowledgable and friendly. The whole process took too more than 30 mins.

Graeme the assistant that served us was very knowledgeable about the Tempur product we purchased and was very polite throughout the process. He did not push the sale at any time and let us make the decision with help at our own pace. This is not the first time we have purchased beds from Dreams in Chester and we would definitely purchase more goods from this store in the future. We would also recommend this store to friends and colleagues when relevant. Many thanks, the Cox family.
