Dreams - Chester

The service was great. The assistant answered our questions when needed but also gave us time on our own to test the mattresses and discuss between ourselves. The advice was excellent and all our questions were answered. We were also able to price match the mattress we had chosen.

The sales assistant was knowledgeable and friendly - she gave us lots of information about the products without being too pushy.

Having spent HOURS on the Internet prior to visiting store. I was confused as to my exact needs! The assistant, Michelle was friendly, and not pushy, very knowledgeable and listened carefully to my lifeste/likes. She guided me to a handful of beds carefully explaining their benefits to me. She made what I thought would be a drawn out and daunting task a very pleasurable one. A big thank you to her at the Chester store. Now I can't wait to take delivery of my new bed. An excellent all round experience.

Quick and Friendly

My assistant was Michelle who gave a personal and friendly service but was still very professional. She processed the sale very quickly and I was able to choose my date of delivery. Compared to some well known stores the service was excellent...even to the other assistant who sorted out a very nice cup of coffeee for me. This was purely a "look around " shopping visit but the staff at Chester encouraged the sale, very pleasant experience.
