Store sales assistant, Peter, was very pleasant and helpful. We did not feel pressured either.

Emma, the Sales Assistant, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the different range of mattresses in the store. She listened to our requirements as I have various disabilities and have chronic pain, she advised us, but then left us to try out the different products to see for ourselves. The fact that she was not at all pushy, along with the comfort of the product we purchased, made us decide there and then to place our order.

I am confident tha t the quality of the product will be high as I have researched this product over the years and I believe it to be a market leader. Also, I am confident that it will be the correct 'fit' for my specific needs. Furthermore, I have price-matched it with other stores and I am happy with the pricing. What really sets apart my purchase at Dreams is the level of customer service I was treated to. I am very particular about customer service standards, this is a massive part of my decision to buy as I feel there is no excuse for poor service. Your staff colleague, Peter, was excellent, he was very personable, with strong product knowledge and good listening skills. Never 'pushy'.

We liked the fact that when we walked into the store, the staff did not jump on us like they do in many stores. We were given time to look ourselves & test out beds. Emma the sales assistant was really helpful, but not pushy & listened to our needs. We went to other shops after visiting dreams, but nowhere had the same excellent offers. We went back, spike to Emma who processed the order quickly & we were able to choose our delivery date to suit us. Overall dreams offered what we wanted, at the right price,gave excellent customer service & free delivery on our new mattress -perfect!

Graeme was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was not pushy and showed patience with us as we took well over 1 hour to make our minds up. At times he left us to discuss our options and only came back on our invitation and he showed experience and courtesy to a standard for which you should be proud and grateful. I only hope that the delivery service and after care matches our experience at the front end
