We spoke to a lady called Michelle who was very knowledgeable and nothing was to much trouble, this visit resulted in us not looking at any other shops as we believed we had the best service and value for money.

I found Emma to be very helpful she had excellent product knowledge and pointed me in the right direction for my needs

Michelle made herself available to us as soon as we arrived in the store. Having visited Dreams the week before and viewed what the competition had to offer, my wife and I were there to buy at least one bed (with a view to purchase two). Michelle gave us space and time to consider the options available to us and provided top customer service throughout. After some considered negotiations with both Michelle and Graeme, we eventually bought 2 beds.

I was sold my mattress by Peter in the Sealand Road Store in Chester. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product. Nothing was too much trouble to him when I wished to go over again the different styles and types of mattresses available. He was very patient and ensured the appropriate type of pillows were available on each of the beds I was shown. I was very happy with his professionalism and would certainly recommend your store, and particularly Peter to anyone wishing to purchase a bed or mattress.
