MANAGER GRAEME,VERY PATIENT AND HELPFUL IN SELECTING A SUITABLE MATTRESS.HE SEEMED VERY KNOWLEDGABLE ON VARIOUS TYPES OF MATTRESSES,EXPLAINING HOW AND WHEN THE "TEMPUR" WAS DESIGNED.

Salesperson was very friendly but was not pushy. Ask what we were looking for, pointed us in the right direction and gave us time and space to try out the beds, but was still on hand to sort our order out.

Staff were excellent friendly .considering we went shopping in Chester for a new dining room table and came back with a new TV bed .No pressure selling which is good .Overall experience very good

We had purchased a bed very similar to this purchase from Dreams some time ago, and found both quality of the product and the nature of our customer satisfaction dealing with Dream was a no brainier, but to deal with Dreams again.

Sales assistant was friendly, knowledgable and offered good advice. Plenty of time given to try different mattresses and given time to discuss options and try various mattresses. Sales assistant left us to discuss and try mattresses and jut popped back every now and again to check we were OK and answer any questions we had. Not pushy.

Sales person Peter Woods was very helpful, curtious, thorough & knowledgeable of the the products on sale. This put us at ease during the sale process.
