Dreams - Chester

The shop was quiet which allowed us to browse as much as we wanted. Peter, the assistant which advised on all the products didn't apply any sales pressure, he answered all of our questions and he didn't make us feel like we needed to rush at any point. This is how i like to be dealt with when making a purchase.

Great customer service. Jenna was absolutely lovely. She helped us when we needed it, and gave us space to look around. Offered us a cup of tea as well. Such a lovely experience, and her knowledge of the products was fantastic, which resulted in us getting the best possible products. Would go there again in the future, and recommend to others.

Jenna was very helpful, available but not pushy

We visited the store twice. On the first occasion, your sales Assistant Emma gave us all the information we required regarding our enquiry. We then told Emma that we were going to have a look around other stores to draw a comparison. Emma accepted with a smile and we went on our way. An hour or so later we returned to place our order. Again we were greeted with a smile and even offered a cup of coffee. We ordered a guest bed which is to be delivered on our requested date in just over a week. Very satisfied customers.

Staff were helpful but not pushy

We found the staff to be very friendly & helpful without being "too pushy".

No hassle professional and direct

Emma the assistant was really friendly and gave us some helpful tips in order for us the choose the right product. She gave us time to ourselves whilst also being nearby so we could ask for help if needed. Excellent service, we went in there and came out with what we wanted.

We were looked after by Emma who was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We came to the store by accident having been disappointed at John Lewis and we were highly satisfied resulting in our purchasing the mattress we wanted.

The team at the Chester branch were vey friendly, and when we went in with our 2 young daughters they were very friendly towards them. The team answered all of our questions and were generally vey helpful
