staff extremely welcoming,knowledgeable and helpful all of which contributed to a pleasant and successful shopping experiance.

Our assistant was extremely helpful and friendly. She showed us exactly the items we were looking for and didn't try and sell us additional items which we didn't require.

The lady assistant was extremely helpful and pleaseant, nothing seemed to be to much trouble for her. we were able to have a relaxed conversation and a bit of a jocqularity.

The guy was very helpful and we must have tried every bed in the store. He was able to help us understand all about the different matteresses

Michelle came over to see me straight away and made me feel welcome. As a widower I tend not to shop at stores - my wife always did that but I was put at ease straight away which was why I stayed and bought...!

NICE SHOP, CLEAN , WELL DISPLAYED STOCK, GOOD ATMOSPHERE. A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. PETER - THE SALESMAN WAS HELPFUL , KNOWLEDGABLE AND KNEW WHEN TO STAND BACK AND WHEN TO HELP. WHEN TO TALK AND WHEN TO LEAVE ALONE. I HAVE WORKED IN RETAIL SALES MYSELF FOR OVER 40 YEARS. I THOUGHT THE WHOLE SHOP SEEMED WELL MANAGED AND SEEMED STAFFED BY A HAPPY WORKFORCE. THIS WAS THE FIRST BED STORE WE LOOKED IN AND WOULD NEVER NORMALLY BUY THE FIRST THING WE SEE.
