Dreams - Chester

I had an idea of exactly what I wanted and the man who helped me really listened and made suggestions which were ideal.

I use crutches and struggle to walk. The assistant kindly directed me straight you where I needed to go and brought products to me to save me Walking around the store.

The gentleman we spoke to was so kind and helpful! I think his name was Graham? We usually dither over big purchases like this but he was amazing and we had no hesitation to buy on the day. He was just brilliant and a credit to your company!

We just thought the young sales assistant was extremely helpful and friendly and asked if we needed refreshment - nothing too much trouble - knew her stuff - didn't fuss about us not wanting the headboard `just yet'. I said to my husband when we left - `what a good young sales woman'.

Approached in a very friendly manner by a member of the Dreams team who quickly uncovered what we were looking for and directed us without fuss to the right solution.

Emma in the Chester store helped us she did not force the sale was very knowledgable and helped us choose what we needed

I had an idea of the mattress I was after, however infact it was probably not suitable for me because of my allergies, so was recommended mattress that was more suited to me and my partner.

Without pressurising the salesperson allowed us to choose what we wanted from a range of alternatives. He was friendly and informative and seemed to know his business very well.he made a complex decision a pleasant experience.

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. All requirements met.

Think it was steph who dealt with me at Chester, she helped me out no end only reason I have put neither satisfied nor dissatisfied is because I always want more of a deal 🤣 hopefully steph will get a bonus for satisfaction ratings if not give her one 👌
