The experience from entering the shop to leaving with a purchase was fantastic.Peter assisted me politely and very knowledgeably with my questions on mattresses and the importance to a bad back suffer on getting the right item for me and the differences in construction and how they react to body weight.He wasn't pushy in anyway and helped me choose the right purchase,and a great complimentary cup of tea..Peter made the experience easy and smooth in a friendly way..He mentioned the price promise to find my silentnight Langley k mattress cheaper elsewhere but I think this item is made specifically for dreams lol ,as I put it to the test and couldn't find it at all elsewhere. .none the less very happy..cheers dreams and peter

Very helpful and friendly staff

Jenna was extremely attentive and knowledgable. Anything she was not sure of she double checked to ensure we were given accurate information. Jenna listened to our needs and went out of her way to accommodate our budget by peaking to Graham. I am usually not impulsive but I felt comfortable and confident with the bed we chose. I also like the 40 night return which gives further peace of mind on such an important purchase. Jenna was really pleasant and at no stage did I feel dismissed for my questions. Very quick to organise the paperwork and delivery date is sooner than Jenna quoted which is even better. We were given some discount and free mattress protector. i wouldn't hesitate to return and recommend- I feel we have made an excellent purchase. Thank you Jenna (validation code 152).

The assistant, Peter, quickly understood our needs and gave us options to look at. He told us the pros and cons of each option and helped us chose the right product for us. Excellent product knowledge and very courteous.

Asked if we needed assistance on arrival. Very friendly and informative store assistant. Listened to our needs and able to show various options. Felt our needs were met with genuine interest.
