Helpful staff

On a previous visit I had been shown various types of mattress. I returned this time to place an order, again given advice and guidance enabling me to make my choice. All done in a professional and helpful manner. Information regarding delivery and purchase clearly stated.

moving to Chesham for new job so needed bed urgently, staff were very attentive, ordered bed monday feb 20th delivered on saturday feb 25th ready for moving to Chesham on sunday

Sales assistant was not pushy and had good in-depth knowledge about product we were purchasing.

We queried the price match promise, and the salesman was very helpful and happy to help us get the best deal.

The staff were extremely pleasant, helpful and very knowledgeable about the products we were looking for. Nothing more to say :)

Friendly, knowledgeable staff who quickly helped us find what we were looking for within the store. The relevant products were explained and helpful suggestions offered with no 'hard sell'. The salesperson then left us to explore the products rather than hovering in the background, but returned after a while to check if we had any further queries. We did! We felt that the salesperson had a genuine interest in us finding the right bed and mattress for our needs rather than pushing a particular model or trying to upsell. Returned the next day and were remembered. Completed our purchase with minimal fuss.

The staff (Emma & Graeme) were very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and friendly. The product was good and the coffee excellent.

Peter, the member of staff we dealt with was very thorough in explaining the different products. He had a good knowledge of all products and was able to advise accord to our needs. A very friendly member of staff, not pushy but helpful.

Firstly it's because when I entered the store I was greeted and offered help and then left alone to look around. After several minutes which allowed me time to find a bed frame I was interested in Peter approached me and offered assistance. I was taken to sample mattresses which would suit my normal sleeping position on my side. We then sat down and went through the order over a cup of coffee. Throughly the visit Peter showed knowledge of the products and helped me arrive at buying decisions to suit my needs.
