Dreams - Chester

We had a particular problem, which we (hopefully) will be resolved.

Assisted by Graeme who was excellent, great knowledge and not at all pushy given all the time we needed to make our minds up.

Staff really helpful

Wanted to replace a mattress previously purchased from Dreams for similar mattress as it was one of the best mattresses we have owned. Our old order was still on record and the sales advisor was able to match this to the closest mattress in the current range, due to the sales event it was actually £50 cheaper than our old one purchased many years ago so we were very pleased. Our order was put through very efficiently by very helpful friendly staff.

Michelle was very knowledgeable about all the products in the store was very attentive but not too pushy. Gave us time to browse but was on hand to answer any questions.

Jenna helped us today and was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly.

Very friendly, no hard sell and very knowledgeable staff. Will recommend to all.

We were made very welcome by Becky, who was very friendly and courteous. She showed us to the mattress we were looking for and asked if we would like a drink. While we were trying the mattress she made us a cup of coffee which was very welcome. She also provided us with several pillows to try. We decided to buy the mattress that we had chosen and two pillows, Becky completed the order and arranged delivery for a convenient day the following week. The whole sales process was completed efficiently and at no time did we feel pressured to buy. The other members of staff who were present were also very friendly.

The Dreams colleagues name was Emma and she was exactly that a 'Dream' colleague. Very friendly, knowledgeable, honest and helpful without being pushy which is something we dread when we come to buy products like this. She in my opinion gave us exceptional service , nothing was too much trouble and we had a laugh and a joke which made the whole experience enjoyable and not a chore. She came across as someone who enjoys her job and enjoys dealing with people and I hope next time we need to buy a bed she will be there to assist again. Good job Emma!!
