We were purchasing a double divan for my son and girlfriend who are moving in together. Price was a big factor as they are starting up a home together. We were able to get what they needed within the budget that was set, plus the free delivery was a big factor!

This was our second time in store, our original visit was for a browse, we were dealt with by Greame on each visit, he came to us with a no pressure, friendly approach, offering us a brew and urging us to try out the beds for as long as we wanted, he was/is very knowledgable about all products in the store and what was/is best for our needs. Explaining very throughly about the different types of mattress and also pillows, tempur pillows which are the most amazing thing I've ever put my head on, of course we just had to have them! A good range of bed & mattress choice in store helped too.

The lady who helped us was knowledgeable and friendly. She took time to understand what we needed and made appropriate suggestions. She was not pushy and left us plenty of time to talk about our decision but was on hand to answer our questions.

From the minute we walked in the store we were greeted with nice smiley faces. Jenna explained the mattress to us and left us to browse for abit. I have to say after listening to all of the staff in there they are fantastic. I work in retail and hate shopping but well done Chester I think I've found a new shop to come shopping too. It takes a lot to please my husband and he likes to look around but dreams was the first shop and the last shop we can. More than highly satisfied.
