The lady who attended to us listened to our needs and took us straight to the products described. She was friendly and understanding and took time to ensure we bought exactly what we needed. We have shopped in Dreams before and all in all it was a very good and speedy experience returning to Dreams for our new bed.

Our visit was a bit random really and although we had discussed needing a new bed for some time we were only going for a look. We were greeted by friendly staff, we wer'nt pestered as so iften happens in some shops like this, we were offered a hot drink, Grame the store manager came over and asked how we were getting on, he answered any questions we had, and we decided to make a purchase, great service, seems like a great product, an efficient transaction.

We were greeted with a smile,and given the information about the beds then left to chat about the products by our selves also we were goven a complementary coffee while we decided what we wanted.

No pressure, staff knowledgeable and good range

The gentleman who assisted us was so good at his job and listened to what we wanted and knew exactly what we wanted could not of asked for a better salesman

The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and the store was very clean compared to one we had visited earlier. All the staff where very happy and helpful.

The prices were very competitive and Graeme was very helpful.

Emma, the assistant who helped us could not have been more friendly and helpful. She explained each of the beds and mattress types and we got exactly what we wanted. When we got home, one of the mattresses was damaged and she immediately replaced it for us.

Michelle was very pleasant, friendly without being pushy and professional throughout the process. She took real trouble to help us with product choice and had a very good knowledge of products. We were very happy with the service provided and would certainly return to that store.
