Was helped To find the right bedstead which we wanted, spent the time with us, showed us around the store to right place , very attentive and friendly . Helped us make a decision , also negotiated the cost purchase on the day .

Peter was the assistant and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. I would want to deal with him on future visits.

Found the salesman, Peter, very helpful and knowledgeable of the product we purchased and we thought all the staff at the branch were friendly and efficient. Can't wait for our new mattress to arrive and try it out.

Salesman Graeme at Chester was a gent not pushy but got us all we needed

Graeme was very welcoming and supportive and didn't rush me to make a purchase. I went to the shop the week before but really wanted the bed dreams did. Even thought here was a closer dreams to myself the service from Graeme made me go back to him.

When we first went to store we weren't sure to what we wanted other than a justamatic bed. Jenna the store assistant gave us all the facts and the best options on prices, made it so easy to understand and gave no pressure, probably the best service I have every received
