Dreams - Chester

I was highly satisfied with my visit to dreams. All the members of staff were really helpful and polite. The member of staff that greeted me at the door helped me pick out the perfect bed for a great price. I highly recommended the store to my friends and family. I will be shopping here again in the future.

We were greeted and given a warm welcome, I asked lots of questions, Peter the sales person was very patient, helpful, but crucially allowed us to look and test the beds without being crowded, we felt he was genuine, listened to our needs and helped us choose the best bed for us.

Graeme the sales representative was very friendly and efficient

The salesman, Peter, was helpful but not at all pushy. We knew the type of mattress we were after and Peter showed us different options at different prices. He also made us aware of the price match guarantee which we took advantage of and made a great saving. He was also very knowledgeable about putting some of our balance on credit. We left feeling as though we'd bought a great product at a great price.

The store was quite and we had the attention of the manager and a sales assistant who were both very helpful. We were made a drink and received excellent service

Peter was helpful from start to finish and I would recommend my family and friends to buy from Dreams in the future. Can't wait to have mattress delivered so I can have a good nights sleep

My wife and myself were please with overall shopping experience except a small problem. The sales lady said the pillows we received were free and yet they appeared on the invoice at 9.99 which we did not notice till we got home but overall a good shopping trip thank you roy

The staff in the store were very friendly and helpful. I didn't feel any pressure at all to make a purchase and they helped me find the right bed for my needs. I was also impressed that it was free delivery, and only an extra,£28 to have my metal bedstead assembled, which is very reasonable and competitive, say against Benson.

we were attended as soon as we got in the shop, Graeme asked us how could we help us and he was giving us some advice and showing us the different types of mattress they had in the shop. he help us to make the perfect decision and we are really happy with our shopping. he helped us choosing extras and was very honest with his own opinion
