Peter was lovely and knowledgeable but wasn't pushy or forcing us into a sale. I have a broken spine and Peter spent time to show me all the suitable mattresses and letting me try them. Very positive experience in this store.

The store colleague who attended to us was excellent. Very knowledgeable about all the products and gave honest opinions based on our needs. She was friendly and made us a coffee, we had a good laugh with her and she was very helpful when it came to placing our order.

Peter welcomed us to Dreams. Listened and acted with out fuss. Finally went over the entire order to make sure everything was as we wanted.

Graeme looked after us from the moment we came through the door. He was polite, made sure he understood what we were looking for. He explained the options and left us to try out the beds. At no point did he pressure us to buy but he was always at hand to assist and explain. His product knowledge was excellent and although we were really just looking. His knowledge and understanding made up our mind to buy on the day. Really happy and very much looking forward to receiving our bed. Thank you!

The Sales Assistants were very helpful and knowledgeable. We were given as much time as we needed to try various different mattresses. Having not bought a mattress for 10 years we had no idea of what we wanted. We were offered a drink. The store had a very relaxed atmosphere. We would definitely recommend the store to friends and family.

A very well stocked and presented store in Chester. IT was very well laid out with plenty of room to move about and examine the goods on offer. In particular it was most refreshing to be dealt with by a member of your staff called Peter who was very courteous throughout the sale and gave us plenty of guidance and advise about the products we were interested in.We were very impressed with the general standard of professionalism throughout the store and only wish your standards could be replicated by so many other outlets. Well done to all concerned.
