Dreams - Chester

We were looking for a mattress for my son's bed. We had had difficulty in other stores as delivery was only Mon-Fri which would mean taking time off work. We walked into Dreams to see mattresses we could take home today! Perfect. My only critisism would be the mattresses are on the rear wall downstairs but to lie down on a bed with the mattress on it you have to go upstairs to the rear of the store again (the stairs are in the middle of the store) why are the demonstration beds not next to the mattresses?

We arrived in the store, knowing which bed frame we wanted, but Graeme helped us choice a mattress. The whole process took less than 30 minutes.

Shopped around for mattress on the internet and in several stores.We found Dreams to be the best value with knowledgeable staff and were given plenty of time to make our choice.

We were given helpful advice and encouraged to try out the goods which certainly made a difference to our decision to buy

Staff member was very helpful in meeting the given requirements and most helpful. Was not pushed into impulse buying. Product has beed very proffesionally delivered and updated communication given at all stages including a call prior to delivery. Very impressed so far.

Attended to as soon as I walked in the door. Shown exactly what I asked to see and shown the options available. Advised on the best products within my budget.

The sales assistant was very helpful (Peter, Chester branch) he was able to ask the right questions and lead us to the right matress for us, very happy with service and price

Jenna was very friendly and focused on customer care. Her and her colleagues had good raport and had baked cakes to raise money for charities at Easter. The store was professional yet still 'human'
