Good range of products very welcoming staff but not pushy helpful and knowledgeable staff

There was friendly greeting with information given that would help us find or way through the various options available. Additional assistance given upon request and a helpful approach that enabled us to make the right choice for ourselves whilst also enabling unto take advantage of the special offer that was available this weekend. A positive shopping experience with a much better outcome than I had expected. Excellent.

The sales assistant Becky was brilliant really friendly, helpful and she went out of her way to make sure we got the best deal for what we wanted.

We were given first class service by Emma (Chester Greyhound Retail Park). Excellent service and product knowledge. Nothing was too much trouble and she took a considerable amount of time explaining the features of the Tempur range, which we eventually purchased. All colleagues were friendly, pleasant and one man, even got us a coffee when Emma was busy with another client. Would definitely recommend this store to friends and family. Looking forward to a comfortable night in our new bed.

The shop was clean and welcoming. The assistant, Michelle, welcomed us and asked us if she could help. We explained what we were looking for and she was able to show us quickly and efficiently what was available. We were then left to try various mattress in our own time with no pressure. She returned to offer advise and information at appropriate times. She had a good knowledge of the mattresses and was polite and helpful at all times. We didn't feel under pressure at any point. When we finally made our decision the transaction was speedy and efficient and each step explained clearly. All together a very helpful assistant and pleasant shopping experience.

Assistant was very helpful. Explained differences in mattresses. Friendly and answered all queries efficiently. We explained what we were looking for and options were shown to us across the range of goods. Ordering was efficiently done and clearly explained.

The sales adviser that greeted us was friendly, very knowledgeable about the products and gave us time and privacy to talk to each other about what we were going to buy. He wasn't pushy and didn't pressurise or rush us. We had visited a different store before Dreams and felt harassed as if the sales adviser was desperate for us to make a decision. A very different reception at Dreams we are pleased to say. Would definitely shop with you again and recommend you to friends and family.

Staff were friendly, knowledgeable & patient. We were given time to look around after the sales advisor had explained about all the products. The staff weren't at all pushy & didn't rush us. Any questions we asked were answered in a very pleasant manner. Couldn't fault the excellent customer service
