Dreams - Chester

As soon as we walked in we didn't know where to start and a staff member came over and asked if we needed help, didbae know what we were looking for or did we want her to talk us through. As it happens we were looking for an orthopaedic mattress to begin with and she walked us over to the the temple mattresses and then upstairs to a couple of other options. She advised us to have at least 5 minutes in each mattress and she left us to it and popped back to make sure we were ok. I actually tried a different style of bed and she explained the benefit of the thermo mattress and as soon as I lay down I knew it my mattress. But the advisor and the team were amazing!!

We were over awed when looking for our new mattress and the salesman was especially good at guiding us and not pressurising us .He understood all his products and we were really pleased with our decision to buy a Tempur mattress and pillows .Sweet dreams now !!!!

Graeme was extremely helpful and gave us all the time we needed to choose our new bed.

Graeme was very polite and friendly. He had a good knowledge of the bed we were looking to buy and he didn't give us any of those annoying sales pitches. He was more than happy to help us get the deal we wanted. Ive had Dreams beds before so i know they are good quality. We did have another decent quote from another competitor but thanks to Graeme he stole the sale. Thanks, Pleasure doing business!! :)

Michelle, who was our dreams assistant was friendly and helpful. She asked us what we wanted and steered us towards the different types of mattresses that would be suitable for our needs. Michelle did not try and sell us something that would have been a larger profit for the company. But rather showed us what would be most suitable and required for our needs. Michelle, let us to decide what we wanted, as soon as we had made our decision she was able to help us and proceed to make a payment. We were very impressed with the quality and price of the products, which spoke for themselves. I went to collect the car and my partner paid. Once I arrived she also helped by carrying a mattress and some of our shopping from another store to the car. My partner and I were very impressed with Michelle and I have already recommended dreams to some family and friends.

We were served by michelle in chester she was friendly and and helped us with our purchase! In fact all the girls were fun with a good sense of humour!!!

Upon entering the store, we were immediately greeted with a warm welcome from Jenna, who asked us what we were after and pointed us in the right direction. We were left to take a look ourselves, which is great. We did not feel like we were pressured. After 5 minutes Jenna came back up and took it from there. We were impressed with her knowledge and friendly disposition. A real credit to Dreams! We are looking forward to taking delivery of our new bed!

Michelle was really helpful from the outset. She took time with me and had a really good knowledge of the items purchased Would only go to dreams in the future because the service was so good
