Came in looking for a Mattress. plenty of stock available to view on the showroom. Customer service were on hand to help but not looking over your shoulder like some other stores. Chose the right mattress and order was placed within 30mins

Greeted at the door-lovely and friendly staff. Weren't pressurised into making any quick decisions-tried lots of beds, lots of times!

We were approached as soon as we entered the store, Peter was the store assistants name at Chester Greyhound Park. His service was second to none from start to finish. My daughter was also with my husband and I, we didn't even go into the store with the intention of buying but with my daughter just purchasing a new house and we hadn't had a new mattress for over 10yrs we thought we would have a look. His knowledge on the products was quite outstanding and took so much time explaining all the different mattresses in detail, he took us around the store trying the different sizes, depths in mattress explaining all in great detail. At no stage was he pushy and trying to force a sale on us. We have never had such outstanding service from a purchase. Well done Peter you are a credit to the Dreams team and you should be so proud, you certainly are an asset.

I am so pleased with the great service from Dreams and in particular with Peter who served me. Such a pleasant, friendly man, who shared his knowledge and gave me time to decide which mattress I needed. My shopping experience was a pleasure and my mum also bought a mattress the same as me at the same time. I didn't meet the delivery men as I was in work, but my mum who meet them for me said they were lovely, friendly and very hard working with 17 deliveries that day. We want to say a massive thank you to all. Karen

Becky was great, didn't pester us like other places and let us make our decision on our own. (i think it was the manager but he was also helpful and friendly)
