we found very quickly what we wanted and at the right price, and the help in choosing the correct mattress was first rate.

Customer service was very good. Attention was given by Michelle when required but we were also left to make are own minds up and didn't feel under pressure to purchase anything.

Becky listened to what we wanted and made great recommendations. She was really knowledgeable but also checked the level of help we needed rather than hanging around regardless which is a real turn off as a shopper. Price was great, service just right

The ladies in store were very attentive and approachable to my husband and I. They were also kind enough to pay attention to our baby son whilst we made some decisions about extra items to purchase. They were knowledgable and weren't about "sell, sell, sell". It was a relaxed experience and I will come back when I need another mattress.

Assistant so helpful, was not at all "pushy" and let us take our time deciding want we wanted to buy.

The assistant appeared very knowledgable about the products, especially the matresses. He was courteous and was not at all pushy. He gave us time to make our choice and provided information readily.

From the time I stepped in to the store the salesman was really helpful and explained about the different mattresses. I did not feel pressurised at all and ended up with what I hope is the best mattress for me. Nice and friendly salesman.
