The assistant, Graeme was knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to direct towards the best type of mattress for my requirements, he had an excellent product knowledge and I feel I would have made a mistake in purchasing a mattress too firm but not for his guidance.

This was the first time my partner and I have purchased a mattress together. We decided on dreams on his parents recommendation. We were completely clueless and didn't know where to start. Peter at this store came straight over and talked us through which mattresses were the best for us after we explained what we were looking for. We felt like we were not being given a sales pitch but genuine, informed advice. Peter also showed us some pillows and a duvet and mattress cover all of which we weren't planning on purchasing but decided to after feeling we were in reliable hands. We came in at the end of the working day but we were not hurried or rushed out and were given wonderful service. We will return to purchase mattresses for the other rooms in our home from this store and hopefully Peter specifically. We are really happy with our experience in Dreams in Chester and think Peter should be rewarded as a great member of staff.

The salesperson was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions in a way that gave us confidence in the answers given, and showed us a lot of various options without pushing to sell us the most expensive. Explaining all the features of each product we viewed.

I went to the Chester store after seeing a bed on line, Peter was very helpful, he knew the bed i was interested in following my discription, he showed me the bed and all the features and hen provided all of the information and bed dimentions, the next day i called and ordered the bed and he took my order over the phone, he was very helpful, friendly and thorough.

Peter the store assistant was extremely helpful in finding out additional information we needed before making our purchase. We weren't in a position to order straight away as wanted to continue to look at other shops and we needed to measure available space at home. Peter arranged for a colleague to call us later that evening to see if we wanted to order and take advantage of the additional discount available that day and this promise was followed through.
