Friendly well informed salesman who supplied pillows for us to try various beds gave us excellent information on each type of bed and mattress then gave us space to make our choice

friendliness of staff and not pushy.

The assistant, Graeme was very knowledgeable, polite, funny and attentive. Range of products was good and we felt he gave us a good understanding of the value of those we were interested in.

On entering the store we were greeted in a very friendly and welcoming manner by the assistant Graeme. he found out what we were looking for then showed us several options then left us to have time to explore the options. there was no pushy slaes tactics, he offered us tea and coffee and helped me carry my pram upstairs. when we had decided on which products we wanted he then helped place the order in quick and proffessional manner

The sales person asked us ifwe required any assistance and my wife told him that I suffered with Parkinsons. He could not have been more helpful and appeared to understand the importance of choosing a bed due to my condition

Store was well listed out, products displayed well, prices clearly marked on each item. Staff very friendly and knowledgable , we were left to browse for a while and then approached to see if we needed help. ( personally I hate it when you go in to a store and the staff approach you as soon as you go in the door ). Peter approached us and was very helpful. We went in with a view to buying a mattress for around £500 for our bed in our caravan. We then looked at the Tempur range as we already have one at home. Peter was very knowledgable , pointed out the benefits etc but was not at all pushy. We were offered a coffee while we made our descision. We spent quite a while in the store and it was a good experience. We actually felt that we were being helped and not pushed into a sale. We eventually purchased the Tempur mattress, 2 Tempur pillows and a Tempur mattress cover. Spent 3 times more than originally intended but very happy with the whole experience. Paperwork did not take too long and a choice of delivery dates to suit us. Overall very happy and would definitely go back to the Chester Store and will recommend to our family and friends.

Michelle at the Chester store was so unbelievably helpful. She was so knowledgeable about all the mattress brands and could easily tell us what they were made from, how many springs etc. She gave us excellent advice and we feel we got a great deal. She was so approachable, and nothing was too much trouble. She greeted us straight away when we entered the store and offered us a drink, but didn't pester us while we were looking which is always nice. She was able to offer additional products too. Overall, really satisfied and can't wait to get our new mattress.

Two of your staff assisted us in choosing a mattress ,they were very patient with my husband and I in making a decision on the best mattress to suit our needs, we did not leave the store until nearly 7pm ,Michelle and Peter were above and beyond helpfull and professional, first class service, thank you
