The sales man was very knowledgeable and helpful

On entering the store we were greeted by a colleague who was extremely pleasant and guided us to the products that we wished to look at. We were encouraged to try the mattresses and and also given different pillows to make the experience of testing each mattress more natural. We found the experience of purchasing our new mattress a very enjoyable time and would diffinately go to Dreams again and recommend to friends and family.

We were taken though all the options, given time to try all the possible beds, and had a coffee while we looked around. Great service and very good staff

we had great service, we had the store manager meet us pretty much as soon as we came in, we got coffee and he went though all our needs, very happy and it was a over all great experience

I thought the assistance from Graham and Rachel was excellent. Both were very friendly and well informed members of staff.

We had not bought a bed for many years so hadn't a clue where to start or what was available or how the bed buying system worked these days. We explained our situation to Emma at Chester branch and she explained everything in a very helpful and friendly way, but was not pushy and gave us time and space to try and decide what was right for us. She provided us with pillows and she made a lovely cup of coffee

The assistant Graeme was extremely helpful and explained what each type of mattress did. I found the colour scheme they used very useful as choosing a mattress is really a minefield. Graeme even gave us pillows we would usually use to go round and try the beds with. There was never any pressure to purchase.

We were approached by Becky imminently as we entered the store. We were not sure what we were looking for. She said that the best way to know what we like is to try the beds out she asked which pillows are we currently using and choose just the right pressure levels for both! We started to try them on and after few minutes we knew which bed is right for us, in the mean time she was preparing coffees for us which to be honest after lying down for several minutes on extremely comfortable bed was needed. We were very satisfied with her service so we came back next day to make a purchase.

The friendliness & helpfulness of Michelle & her manager. Nothing was too much trouble. She took her time to show me all the beds that would suit my needs & allowed me the time to decide which once I wanted. There was a big selection. She was very helpful without being pushy. I always come to Dreams for my beds & mattresses as I consistently receive good service & quality product. I have also brought a friend with me in the past when she needed a new bed & she was highly delighted with her purchase. I look forward to it being delivered now & I am sure your delivery men will be as pleasant & helpful as they have always been.
