I was pleased that I could phone my local shop not a call centre.

Bought mattress at sale price at Chester store. Assistant Rachel was very friendly and chatty and seemed knowledgeable and helpful regarding the products on sale. Order was placed without problems. All in all an easy and quick purchase.

Graeme was great and knew his stuff and it ask went so well

Sales Assistant Rebecca was very knowledgeable, very courteous, and very helpful. If she is representative of the staff at Dreams, then I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs a bed, mattress or even just a pillow.

Michelle was very helpfull .we were offerd a coffee .we had in mind what we wanted when we arrived .we were given plenty of time to look and decide .michelle even went to the trouble of moving the drawers around so we could see what it would look like .she was really very helpfull and gave us a few tips aswell .it was a very enjoyable experience but a costly one ! Thankyou

Needed assistance looking at ottoman beds and lady was very helpful. She showed me various options and printed details of others not on show in store then helped me choose a suitable mattress.

I knew what I wanted from researching on line. I told Peter what I was looking for and was shown 2 possibilities immediately. I am temporarily in a wheelchair and time was important as I need to keep my foot up. Peter understood and accepted my request and the transaction was completed satisfactorily in next to no time

The chap that served me was very helpful but not pushy like some store people . He gave me choices and time to think about my choices .
