The sales assistant was highly knowledgeable and made us feel like she had all the time in the world to make sure we found the right bed and the right deal for us. She was extremely friendly and a merit to the company

Stephanie was a fantastic customer assistant in the Chester store. She took care to understand my needs and calmly but competently showed me around, without making it feel uncomfortably forceful or rushed. She appreciated the specific concerns I had due to having medical issues, and as it was my first time making a proper bed purchase of my own. I couldn't fault her.

Graeme was excellent. Very knowledgeable, very calm, and discussed my personal needs. Not pushy, just supportive. Also, the free water was a bonus!

Very welcoming as soon as we entered, Carl was thorough and knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. Learned a lot with the bed testing facility, having never seen one before.

Stephanie treated us respectfully, like adults, & provided excellent service. Highlighted our options, but didn't try to up-sell.

I had returned to Dreams because I bought a divan bed n mattress a bout a month ago, was so pleased with the service and experience of the girl Emma who served me that I have ordered another similar bed over the phone. I was delighted when the assistants k ew who I was and what I wanted!

Very nice customer service. Attentive and helpful. Nothing was too much problem to sort out for me. I was very please. The slight delay in the delivery was a minor inconvenience.

The young bride to be who served us was polite, knowledgeable, direct and attentive. I was almost sorry when the transaction was completed. Oh by the way…. I went into the store looking for a mattress cover and bought your most expensive mattress…..yah she’s that good.

I would like to thank Peter for his time, (Chester Retail Park) shop I went to. He was really helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent service I received. He was brilliant. He spend time with me showing me beds that were suitable. Excellent experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend dreams to family and friends
