Graeme greeted us moments after walking through the Store and guided us to what we were wanting to look at. We did not feel pressured, he demostrated two Otterman beds for us and guided us about the type of Mattress we were interested in. At the end of the day we did not feel as though we needed to shop around, we were satisfied.

The store was laid out to make it easy to find what you were looking for, with ample space between each display. The assistant was very knowledgeable, and was able to answer all our questions.

Staff were polite and keen to help without being too pushy. Also they were very knowledgeable

I was looked after by Peter soon after entering the store. I have bought a bed from your company previously and was completely satisfied. Peter explained everything to me and allowed me thinking time. When l'd made my mind up to buy the 4' Wakefield ect. I was given a welcome cup of tea .

Peter was very helpful, he listened to our requirements he then advised us, we tried a number of different mattress and pillows until our requirements were fully met. He was knowledgeable on all the products we viewed.

Upon arriving in the store we were instantly greeted by Becky, who explained each mattress to us and what they did for your body etc. and then left us to browse and was readily available when we wanted to make a purchase
