Dreams - Chester

My husband and I visited Dreams to view double beds for a room that has been refurbished. We were welcomed by Peter who was very courteous and helpful and understanding of our needs.

We were greeted by an assistant soon after entering the store and was given the guidance to choose what suited our needs and price to purchase a bed and mattress. We did not feel as though we needed to shop around, so we're very satisfied.

Upon arrival at the store I was allowed time to browse without interruption from staff. When I was sure I knew what I wanted I approached Graeme who was very helpful. He answered my questions effectively and found the price of what I was after promptly. When ready to buy my bed I was handed over to Michelle who was friendly and knowledgable. She made the buying process quick and simple, and answered all my questions clearly.

Your Sales Assistant Jenna was extremely engaging and helpful. She explained everything thoroughly, showing us the difference between the mattresses. She allowed us time alone to try the different mattresses and to make a decision. The process of placing the order was nice and simple and delivery dates we very acceptable. Thank you for a great service

The Gentleman who helped me was very friendly, funny and knowledgeable and then so was the lady who put the order through.

The service I received from Becky was outstanding. I only popped in to look around, but with her friendly help and advice, I bought not only a mattress but also 2 lovely new pocket sprung pillows. I would not have bought the pillows without her guidance.

The assistant introduced herself on arrival and asked if we would like any assistance, she then listened to what we had to say and then helped us to look for the products that were best suited to us. She was very helpfull and made the whole experience very easy and comfortable. l

The assistance we received off Graeme was excellent. There was the right balance of imparting the technology information with out any hard sell. Gave us the right amount of time to try and even encouraged us to spend longer so that we made the right decision. We were even given a coffee I will be recommending this company and this store in particular to friends. Excellent service and value.
