Dreams - Chester

On arrival to the store we were greeted by a lady sorry she did introduce herself to us and asked if we knew what we were looking for we told her and was directed to the products she left us to browse which was appreciated there was no hard sell hat so ever she was very polite and even made a coffee that was great we asked to see other ranges and were directed again no hard sell we found own at we required and quite happily made the purchase thank you

Michelle was an excellent advisor, full of product knowledge, didnt rush us, and even brought us a coffee. She handled the sale admin particularly well.

Staff were attentive and listen to what we needed, finding solutions quickly.

Such friendly staff, who made the whole experience very easy, we weren't pushed or rushed into any decisions, ( quite the opposite.!!). All in all a very pleasurable experience.

Graeme the store manager was attentive without being pushy but was willing to do a deal to close the sale and there was no messing around. He produced the deal and we bought the mattress. Simple.

Graeme who dealt with us at the Chester Greyhound retail park was extremely helpful and friendly. He knew everything about the product (Tempur Mattress) and offered us the best price that we could find. Every sales person at this branch was friendly and professional. I have never purchased fro Dreams before, but I certainly will use this branch again.

The lady who helped us was friendly and very helpful. The fact that me and my wife actually managed to make a decision is priceless. This couldn't have happened without her help. Very happy!

Graeme served us and was very very welcoming and helpful. He gave us lots of advise and spent time with us. The other lady in the store was also very helpful.

Graeme was very friendly and informative about the product chosen and the viability of the mattress chosen with the bedframe. He was very patient and offered me coffee whilst browsing, I called him when I was satisfied with the chosen item. Michelle then took over the Admin side of things, Graeme went off to make me a good cup of coffee. Michelle also sold me two pillows during our talk. A good sales team fulfilling their respective roles completely. Many thanks to them both.

We were very pleased with the help we received from the assistant and also of her knowledge of the product. She could not have been more helpful and very patient, nothing was too much trouble and we were very satisfied. We will recommend the Chester store to others.
