Dreams - Chester

We were with our daughter when she purchased her bed earlier this year and decided then that we would return when we needed to replace our mattress. We were served by Michelle who remembered us from the initial purchase, and gladly let her do all of the transaction for us. It was a very memorable positive customer experience for all of us. Would highly recommened Michelle and Dreams.

Peter was friendly, knowledgeable in helping us to decide what he really needed. He did not push products that we did not require but he did let us know what was available. We also appreciated the cup of tea that we received. You felt you were among friends.

Michelle was friendly snd helpful but gave us time and space to look around and discuss without her listening in. High pressure sales would have made me leave immediately! She answered questions knowlegably and was polite and quick once we had decided.

Jenna took the time to explain the difference between all the mattresses in store, also helping us to purchase the correct mattress for the new bed we also bought in store on the day. we had a huge amount of questions regarding our new purchase and she answered all the questions with confidence and with a smile on her face.
