Knowledge and guidance of Graeme was excellent.

We needed a mattress that day, the lady showed me the rolled up mattress and explained and showed me how good they were.

Helpful assistant, not too pushy. The item I was looking for was in the store, at a competitive price. I actually went to the store to look around, but I felt the bed was exactly what I was looking for. So far very pleased, and pleased with the free delivery. Had the assistant been very pushy I would have walked out.

The member of staff was able to quickly figure out what products would suit our needs.

Upon arriving in the store Graeme offered us a drink and directed us to the type of bed base we were looking for. Graeme gained an understanding of our specific support requirements and explained the differences between the mattresses. Graeme provided with pillows and then allowed us to spend as much time as we wanted trying the various mattresses. There was no pressure from Graeme but he was around to answer any questions we had. Graeme was very helpful and pleasant. We would normally visit several stores to ensure we received the best deal however Graeme explained the price guarantee and so we made the purchase at the first store visited.

Michelle & Graeme Looked after us extremely well, both were very Knowledgeable and helpful and took time to understand our needs. We were treated to a cup of coffee while the order was processed, overall a good experience.
