I soon as I arrived at your Chester store I was greeted with a friendly atmosphere. The store was relatively busy but I felt completely comfortable looking around the store. When I needed assistance, Emma approached me with such a warm and friendly smile. Emma's customer service is faultless, she continued serving me throughout with her natural style that made me feel at ease. Emma recommended extra products without being pushy, so I paid for the bed assembly option and I look forward to this. Overall, the reason I felt Highly Satisfied with my experience is because I was treated how I feel every customer should be treated, in a natural, friendly and genuine manner something that your Chester store staff have in bucket loads. I very much look forward to the delivery of my new bed. Thank you guys and in particular Emma. A Highly Satisfied customer!!!
