Dreams - Chester

From the time we walked in on a late Sunday afternoon the staff made us very welcome the advise was very professional and from start to finish on choosing a mattress we felt we were in very good hands. Graeme told us about the different mattresses in depth which was a learning curve to our selves. On completing our order it was quick and effeciant and Graeme was absolutely brilliant and I would recommend dreams to my family and friends and associates.

The salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable, and explained everything in detail.

The store is a little tired looking - not the fault of the staff, just in need of a refresh. The staff were helpful and put up with a fidgety little girl trying out different mattresses with good grace and humour. Prices shocked me, but then I don't shop for beds often, and accept that Dreams is expensive compared to shopping online. But my daughter needed to test out the mattresses to make sure she got the right one. It was the customer service and friendliness of staff that stopped this being a miserable and costly experience.

We bought our bed from the Chester store. We visited twice and went to other stores on our initial visit but went back to Dreams because our experience of the store assistant was excellent. Understanding our particular needs perfectly. Beckie was friendly and remembered us from our 1st visit, including the beds we were interested in, one week later. We could have paid less for our bed but it was the experience of the assistant Beckie that made our decision. Thanks Beckie good to meet you

Served by Michelle at the Chester branch and she made herself available without being pushy. Good knowledge of the sort of things we were looking for and explained the details well (delivery, guarantee etc). Also offered us a cup of tea which made us feel at home.

The sales assistant was Michelle,she was very helpful with me as i was unsure what type of pillow I needed I was able to try lots of different types,I was given lots of information about each one I tried and decided on a Tempur cloud pillow the customer service I received was excellent.

This is the second time at dreams for us. Michelle was more than helpful with our needs and her experience in helping us around the shop in choosing a mattress to suit us both. It made things easier for us in choosing something that is to last us a long time. We were allowed to lie on whatever bed suited us and for as long as we needed. After, we sat down with a lovely cuppa made by Michelle and our order was completed.... this is why we come to dreams. The service, the staff, and the goods are always what they say they are
