Peter at the Chester store was very friendly and knowledgeable and spent time helping us find a bed and mattress that suited our needs and budget.

Both Peter and Graeme were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. They made suggestions, but allowed us to make up our minds as to what was best for us. It took a little bit of time for the finance to be approved on the computer and Graeme offered us a cup of tea, which I thought was very nice and great customer service. It made the experience feel much more personal and friendly. Will definitely recommend Dreams.

The shop assistant knew his subject, he was not 'pushy'. All told a very pleasant overall experience .Plenty of choice as well.

We liked the fact that we were welcomed, and the colour codes on the beds explained and types of mattress. After that we were left to spend our time trying out the beds on our own. The sales person made sure we were able to ask questions, but we did not feel pushed to make a purchase or a more expensive purchase. In the end we purchased one of the most expensive, but we made that decision purely by trying out the different mattresses and coming to our own conclusion, not because a salesman talked us into it.

The staff were very helpful. We didn’t have a good idea of what to buy when entered the store, however the staff helped us to buy the best product for us.

we were very pleased with dreams it was the first time we went in there and we were very pleased they didnt push you you could take your time in choosing the right bed for u i will defniatly tell people to go to dreams for beds the were brilliant we carnt compalian at all very satisfied thanks dreams
