Dreams - Chester

Peter in the chester store was excellent! I didnt feel rushed and he wasnt a pushy seller at all. overalll a great experience

The sales assistant allowed me to try differently mattress types, in order to understand my needs. She was very knowledgeable and polite. I didn’t get the hard sell treatment - I really appreciated this. I will use Dreams again in the future. I received a truly excellent service.

I was impressed with the choice and price of bed frames. Also I appreciated the friendliness and manner I was dealt with by the staff. They were not too pushy but very helpful. Will definitely look in Dreams when we replace a king size mattress shortly.

Wife met Peter on saturday and was given good advice to all her questions because of problems with my sleeping , he took her about the store informing of the advantages and not so go for my problems

We were welcomed into store by Michelle. We said we were only interested in Tempur beds & she explained the color coding, she also gave us a Tempur pillow each. We were able to look & test the beds ourselves, without being pressured. We had trouble deciding between 2 mattresses & Michelle was a great help explaining the difference. Once we agreed on what mattress, Michelle asked about a bed frame. Michelle went off to get some prices for us & kept us informed all the way. We also bought 2 Tempur pillows. Our visit was a delight, Michelle even offered us tea/coffee & at no point did we feel pressured into anything. Our last bed 8 years ago was also bought from Dreams (Shrewsbury) & we have been very pleased, so for us Dreams was our first point of call this time. Thank you Michelle for your excellent customer service, your manner was great & also your professional knowledge of your products.

When we entered the store we were greeted by Graeme who also made the effort to speak to our two small children. He then left us to browse the store we couldn't find what we were looking for at first which is when Graeme was nearby to ask if needed any help he directed us to the headboard we told him we had seen on online and again he left us to browse which was important to us as we don't like to be pushed into a sale as some retail environments encourage. We decided we did like then colour etc of the items we had seen online which is where we planned to order them originally but the genuine and friendly demeanour of Graeme convinced us to purchase in-store instead he even offered a hot drink an found time to again acknowledge the children who can be as all small children can be a little boisterous making noise and generally being distracting.... overall we felt welcome and valued in the store at Chester and would highly recommend a visit here when looking for a new bed .....

Excellent service, friendly attitude and sensible advice given by staff.

After only a minute or so looking at beds an assistant came to offer help and advice. As I am disabled I am not comfortable store shopping, but Peter, the assistant, was most patient and helpful. I purchased a bed I am happy with, without spending more than an hour from start to end in the store. It was nice to be offered coffee whilst making my choice, which I declined. Altogether a pleasant experience.
