Excellent service from both members of staff. Time was spent with us and not rushed at all.

We were looking for a quick delivery on a reasonably priced single bed which Dreams could offer.

A gentleman called Peter was so helpful and friendly. Really helped us and had great knowledge of the products.

The assistant was never pushy or persuasive allowed us to make our own minds up.Offered to make us a drink.Everyone working in the store was quite cheerful.

We wanted a good quality matteress and we found one that fitted the bill even thought it cost more that we expected. It was only by talking to the staff that we realied why the item was more expensive and when compared to cheaper item it came through as a winner.

Quick friendly service

We were there looking for something "like" the Tempur mattress because we didn't want to spend that much money due to also renovate our new house at the same time. After spoke with your colleague Michelle about my husband and I been suffering lower back pain for quite a long time, she highly recommended Tempur memory form because she had the same backache problem until changed to a Tempur... and quote her words "no other mattress like a Tempur". She let us tried on a lot of different memory form mattresses and show us their differences, and the end she suggested to get a last season model to have a better discount. so we bought one! Overall, if it wasn't the perfect explanation/introduction/personal experiences that Michelle shared with us, we would probably still looking for something "like" Tempur.

We were treated with respect and the whole ordering procedure was ready and everything was explained at every stage

Overall we found the service we received from Emma to be of a very high standard. She was very friendly, offered us a hot drink and was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products we required. She was helpful without being pushy and left us to browse by ourselves. We have bought mattresses and beds from Dreams before and with service like this we will certainly return.
