The service provided by Michelle in your Greyhound branch was brilliant!! I was actually only browsing when I went in to the store but she was so friendly and helpful I purchased a bed from her. It was the 1st shop I had been in aswell!!

Jenna was extremely helpful and very friendly, she offered refreshments and understood what we wanted. We were please with her professionalism and courtesy. Lots of products to choose from too!

The adviser was lovely and knew exactly what I wanted when I went in as had already picked it of line couldn't remember name of the product and just described it and knew straight away. But gutted that the store didn't have it in stock so I couldn't seen it that's the only reason I went to store. Or would ordered it of line.

We were approached by Dream Colleague Peter and he seemed to be able to tell immediately that we are the sort of people that don't like being approached too much by staff. He asked a few quick questions and then backed away. As we continued to walk round he kept an eye on us and asked the odd question as we passed near him, escorted us upstairs to point out something he particularly recommended but once again he left us alone - the right thing to do for us. He continued to be there but not 'in our face' offering tea or coffee and helpful advice. I would say he read the sort of shopping couple we are ie not really liking obtrusive shop assistants and he responded and treated dus accordingly. All on all a very good experience.

Walked through the door and was ready to fend off salespeople and get into it, but the salesman was easy to talk to, let us get on with it, and when we needed help was there to make it easy, he is the reason we bought three beds there and then, THEN go onto buy ANOTHER three beds, six in total.

We were warmly greeted upon arrival though they were expecting myself and my partner as we had earlier called. We were taken through all the available options very well and clear by the lovely staff and shown everything as clear as possible. We decided to purchase the lovely TV bed we were there to see and as we sat to sort out details the assistant made us both a lovely coffee. No sooner was the coffee finished and the payment and delivery process was done. We thanked them both and left very happy with the ease of the whole experience. We will definitely use dreams again from the moment of entering to the moment we left was just how it should be. Since leaving the store we decided against the colour we wanted and rang to change it. This of course was no problem at all and the order was ammended within seconds. Fantastic service thank you two very happy customers looking forward to the surprisingly quick delivery of our new bed now.

Jenna was our sales assistant and we really felt she understood that it was a big deal for us buying our first bed together. She took great attention to the detail we were telling us to our sleeping preferences and she made sure to show us all the options suitable to our preferences. As we personally needed to think about our purchase decision, rather than pressurising us into it, Jenna suggested we went away for a coffee and a think- which we did- and before we had ordered a coffee we knew we would be going straight back to buy the bed. However just stepping away was a lovely idea and a great touch from Jenna as sure enough- we rushed back to the store to make the purchase before closing! Then Graeme completed the sale with us and the service continued to stay at a highly enjoyable service level and professional. We are really looking forward to the delivery of our bed and would like to put the service of the Chester Dreams staff down to us making our purchase. Thankyou

Had very good assistance with choosing. Took our needs/price I was willing to pay on board. Gave us different options to choose from. Very helpful. haven't received the goods but impressed with the time allowed (I think 40 nights) to try out the bed/mattresses...
