Dreams - Chester

We went last to Dreams and wished we had gone there first. The cup of coffee was ver welcome. Emma was charming friendly but not too pushy!

We went into the store with no knowledge of mattress design or manufacture and not knowing what requirements we needed but Graeme who served us was very informative and instructed us on the best way to test the mattress to find the best one for our needs,he also supplied us pillows to use and a hot drink. Overall we were very impressed with the service we received

The assistant, Jenna, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product. Allowed us time to consider all options before going ahead with our purchase.

The assistance given was prompt and helpful - we were then given our own time to try all the mattress options with no pressure. Tea and coffee were offered a pleasant overall experience

Peter was extremely efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all our questions and was very patient, because we couldn't make up our minds straight away. He had hurt his hand at home on Christmas Day and it was heavily bandaged but it didn't affect his ability to work.

The salesman was very helpful in assessing our requirements and directing us to the relevant products.

sales assistant Michelle was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. we were directed straight to what we were looking for and advised very well on our needs. given time to browse and shop by ourselves without being pestered and given a nice cup of coffee to drink whilst we made our choices.

The satisfaction rating is primarily due to the friendly, informative yet in-obtrusive service received from the staff member (Michelle). As you will see the only slightly lower rating of "Satisfied", given in two areas, were only related to the prices not the service, specifically no discount for pensioners (over 65). When it comes to prices they can always be better.

We walked in having an idea of what we did not want but looking for a product to suit our needs. We were assisted by Peter who listened to us carefully and gave us choices. He did not rush us but gave us honest views without any pressure. We were made aware of the offers and extra costs for services and he managed to secure an extra discount for us. This led us to purchasing a mattress, protector and pillows that should be right for us.
