The staff were very friendly and helpful. They didn't approach us as soon as we walked through the door. They gave us time to browse before offering assistance. The assistant who came to us was very knowledgeable and after telling her what we were looking for she took us to the most appropriate products. Gave us some pillows to try out the comfiness of the beds and left, to give us time and space to decide for ourselves. We were offered tea or coffee while we were making our minds up. Overall it was a pleasant experience with no pressure to buy and the buying process was quick and efficient too.

Choosing the right bed and mattress can be quite overwhelming and I didn't know where to start. I had been welcomed into the shop by Emma who then left me to browse at my leisure and without the feeling of being pressurised in any way. After a few minutes I asked her for some help and after listening to what I was hoping to find, she started to pick out certain beds and mattresses for me to try. She saved me hours of deliberation! Emma then helped me by explaining the options available, colour choices, headboards, guarantees etc and gave me a price which I was happy with. She was really pleasant to talk to, knew the products and gave me her full attention for which I was grateful.

This store never fails to be of help whenever I visit either browsing or as a potential buyer. The staff are very naturally friendly and really knowledgeable about all their products. They know when to intervene and when to leave you alone- they have the balance just right! They are efficient and have a good range of beds available to provide everyone with their needs. I always feel relaxed and at ease with the staff, and no products are ever 'pushed'. I've bought from here before, already recommended others and experienced the same high quality service when I've been with a member of my own family. I trust this store and would always come back to it.

We were greeted on arrival and directed straight to where we needed to be,offered a drink which was very surprising and then left to look around without being watched over but when we needed extra advice the lovely guy Graeme was immediately there to offer it. Couldn't praise the service enough and then to be told we got an extra 20% off we used the discount to buy top quality pillows. We used dreams last time we bought our bed and knew it was the right place to go to renew our mattress.
