I went to dreams with what I had in my mind and got just what I wanted I was very pleased with my self

The staff were very friendly and helpful, Graeme helped us, did not feel pressured at all and he has great product knowledge

Peter at the Chester store was extremely friendly and helpful, he gave us time to look and advised when asked questions, he was a pleasure to deal with.

Very friendly service. Assistant took time to explain things to us, even gave us a cup of tea whilst we were thinking about which mattress to choose!

We were assisted by Michelle who helped us very well. Very friendly and courteous.

Items in store well arranged. Shop assistant gave us some time to look on our own before she approached. Very informative. Dealt with sale in an efficient manner. Pleasant manner throughout.

Welcomed on arrival. Given information.....not bombarded with too much at a time... Left to consider....given a cup of tea.....Graeme returned several times to answer questions and give suggestions. No sales pressure.....very pleasant experience.

As soon as we walked in staff were very friendly and offered myself and my husband tea or coffee. We were provided with pillows to test the mattresses. The lady Michelle told us what all the different colours meant in terms of mattress firmness. We were then left to it. We had chosen the bed that was on sale at the front of the stall. When placing the order Michelle was very through and answered any questions we had. We had our younger daughter with us which Michelle got her a drink and colouring book and crayons to keep her occupied whilst we went through all the information. We were concerned about placing the order as we have yet to move into the house and could about give an exact date but we knew the bed we wanted was only on offer for a short period as a new years eve sale. Michelle explained what the best process was to arrange a later date. then she will call us the week before to reschedule a further date. this put us at ease. Great customer service. Will definitely recommend and be using you again in the future.
