The shop assistant, Michelle, knew the products very well and was able to advise when we were uncertain of what to go for. She explained the system clearly, and basically left us to it, which was great, as we spent a lot of time trying and thinking! The staff were friendly and ready available to answer any questions. Use of the toilet and being given a coffee was a bonus too!

Graeme that served us at the Chester was very helpful and very knowledgeable regarding the specification of the tv bed we purchased, which helped us make the decision to go ahead with the sale.

The representative Peter, greeted me on arrival and was happy to discuss my needs in full. I had been in a competitors store and after waiting 20 minutes to be acknowledged left in disgust. It was a refreshing experience as I knew what I wanted and was dealt with immediately with courtesy and respect.

Peter was able to answer all our questions with confidence he was friendly without being a pushy salesman. We are spending,what we think is a lot of money on our mattress,we both left the store feeling happy with our new purchase.

The assistant Peter was very helpful without being pushy and sold us a mattress with patience ie. getting pillows to use and explaining the makeup & quality of the products used in the making of the mattress we chose.
