The assistant was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, she greeted us on arrival and explained the options, including being measured. She made us a drink and let us try the range of mattresses in store. All the while she was explaining the different types of mattresses along with pros and cons of each.

Professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff, very helpful from the moment we walked in.

I am completing this on behalf of my elderly mother whom I accompanied to look for a new bed and mattress. We were welcomed by Stephanie the assistant who was very patient and understanding as my mum experiences difficulties with mobility. She helped my mum chose the right product and made her feel really valued even making sure we had refreshments. We were both extremely grateful for such wonderful customer service. Thank you

The knowledge from the assistant in the shop was excellent. We had returned as a customer for the 2nd purtherma mattress. Excellent.

Store staff were a credit. The lady who showed us around was fantastic, as soon as we were in the store we were offered bottles of water and the children were given the Dreams Olympic story books. The children were also encouraged to try the beds and get involved which made it more easier for us all. Very family friendly and we were very grateful for this.

Peter was excellent , very polite and listened to what I wanted. Found me 4 beds to match my needs in minutes, excellent service

When we walked in, Peter asked us if we needed any help and when we said no, he politely left us alone to look around. Because of this non-pushy approach we then went back to Peter to ask him questions about a bed. He had great knowledge and the whole experience felt very calm and chilled. The other assistants were also very kind to our young daughter who was making a lot of noise

We where taken care of. Maybe we where upsold abit but you know what i carn't wait to sleep on our new matteress
