Dreams - Chester

We have spent 2 days looking at beds and visiting various shops. We visited Dreams and Michelle was so helpful and was not in our faces trying to push us in to purchasing a bed. She knew exactly what she was talking about when describing the different mattresses and what would be best for us. But most importantly she gave us that time... where as others stores wanted to follow us round and pressure us. We felt totally at ease and would highly recommend to our friends and family to visit Michelle in Chester.

The assistant who dealt with me (Peter 151 ) was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and listened to exactly what my requirements were. He dealt with me in a very professional, but friendly manner, which I really appreciated. I was very impressed with the service.

Just received outstanding and friendly help, advice and service from Emma and her colleagues. Just went in to gain an understanding of bed ranges available now. What type of bed we need for our personal circumstances and how much each option would cost. We had no intention of buying anything but we're so impressed with Emma and colleagues that we spent £5120.

My wife and I visited Dreams on the Grey Hound retail centre, Chester earlier this week. There were 2 lovely ladies that greeted us with huge smiles and the team were simply brilliant with my young daughter. Michelle assisted us in making sure we found exactly the right mattress. We were given the space to look around and given refreshments when needed. We drove away extremely pleased, not just with our product, but with how the team made the whole experience so hassle free. I would go as far to say, I spent more money than I intended because I felt at ease in that store. First class service from Dreams. Well done!

Greeted by staff Michelle as soon as we entered the store. Advised where to fined the bed frames we wanted. Very informative on product insurance and delivery details. Explained order and paperwork in detail.

On arrival we were greeted with a smile, we had an idea what we wanted and once we had made our mind up on which bedroom furniture would suit us we ask for help, the saleman was very polite and offered us a drink, he then went through the process and made it clear of our and dreams commitments to the order very clear...we were given a few payment options put decided to settle in full.. We felt very comfortable with the whole process,,
