Friendly helpful member of staff. I needed further information regarding the dimensions of the ottoman tv bed she emailed me with it as soon as she found information our frim manufacturer. Kept in touch with revised quotes via email. Very impressed with her. Have worked in retail for many years and was pleased to have a good experience which sadly is not always the case in some shops.

I was offered help as soon as I entered the shop & was shown all the different products that were available to me. The assistant even kindly carried the foam mattress to the car for me, which give I'm a petite person it was a huge help.

The colleague who helped us (Peter Woods) was excellent. He was attentive without being 'pushy' and was interested in our needs. He explained the mattress options very well and answered all our questions regarding the beds, mattresses, delivery and purchasing. We cannot recommend him highly enough. The colour coding of the mattress types was excellent and extremely helpful as we browsed around the store. The firmness of the mattress was clearly displayed on each bed with was also helpful as we could try different types of mattress. We decided to buy the 8 year guarantee on the mattress but did not feel pressured to purchase 'optional extras'

Received help and advice but not in an intrusive or pushy way. The staff member didnt try to sell me something i didnt need and ask about my requirements first. it was very straight forward once i had decided what i wanted. The prices of optional extras were clearly explained and didnt come as a surprise at the end. there was a choice of delivery dates to suit me. All in all a very good experience

Graeme was very knowledgeable and listened to our requirements - he gave us options - we were given time to try out the different mattress - there was no hard sell - he kept checking that we were ok & provided us with a lot of information that helped us make our decision. Looking forward to our mattress arriving and getting a good nights sleep 😊

The lady helping us was fab. I had my two small children with me and other members of staff were very helpful in keeping them entertained with my husband :)

We were impressed with the professionalism of the staff and their courteous and friendly approach to identifying and satisfying our needs. The manager went to great trouble to ensure that all the options and prices were made known to us. We felt we were dealing with honest people who were genuinely concerned to help us and not simply to make a sale.

the staff did not jump on us as soon as we walked in the shop and that makes a nice change we walked around the shop and then an assistant came over offering us a hot drink to wich we declined saying thank you .michelle asked me a few questions and pointed me in the right place with my pillow to try out beds.after a short times she came back to me asking if i needed any help after that i got the items i needed she was very help full and not pushy at all she then went on to help my daughter find a new bed as well .very pleased with her thanks michelle
