Peter (our sales assistant) was extremely helpful. He listened to what we wanted and needed from our purchases then went through all our options giving us pros and cons of each one. He offered us a good price range and explained the differences. He showed us other furniture that matched our purchases but was never pushy or overbearing, simply informative. Overall a brilliant, informative and productive experience. We would highly recommend peter and dreams to family and friends. Thank you

I was dealt with by Peter - very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to assist on choosing the right mattress I was looking for. Also had to phone back later from home to amend the order - Gemma sorted this out for me with very little fuss!

The manager was very welcoming, we were offered a drink and put at ease. All our questions were answered and Graeme was very helpful when it came to the different types of mattresses. We were given lots of time to try out many ddifferent mattresses.

We felt listened to and understood by Graeme to meet out needs. We felt at ease trying out the mattresses finding the prefect fit for us. We didn’t feel pressurised to make the purchase but felt confident and comfortable to go away have a think and come back to a fabulous and friendly service.
