Michelle at the Chester store was really helpful and friendly and gave us plenty of information as it was our first time buying.

Graham was extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Jenna was also extremely helpful too during the ordering process.

Store layout was good so products were easily seen assistance was offered quickly but not too quickly. The assistant gave us a lot of information and help and also plenty of time for us to talk and make our decision. Our order was processed quickly and everything was explained. Drinks were offered and we were made to feel very welcome.

Store staff (Jenna) knew the products well, was able to direct us clearly to what we wanted to look at, gave us plenty of time to look at the options available, was polite and friendly and attentive without being pushy or trying to hassle us.

We were advised and looked after extremely well by a young man by the name of James. He answered all questions and he advised us as to what was best for our needs and this is what we purchased. His knowledge was superb.

The help and information given by the staff who were also vey friendly

We were unsure of what type of new mattress we wanted as we currently have a memory foam one. Peter was very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy - which is one of our pet hates. He advised us how the mattress's were set up in colour codes within the store and explained the different types. He then gave us a pillow and advised us to try them out. He gave us the space we needed to ourselves.

The customer service agent was knowledgeable and helpful. He carried the mattress to the car.
