Very helpful staff, who made great efforts to help me select the right product for me, and extremely helpful at giving me the best price possible.

I knew which bed I wanted, as I'd seen it in another store, when I explained to the lady which one it was, she took me straight to it, explained all about it, and offered me a great deal as it was ex-display. The staff were lovely and I was chuffed to get the bed I wanted.

Very friendly staff, were told where all the items we were interested in, not felt pressurised at all, were offered a cup of tea and even pillows to try out with every mattress.

James was very knowledgeable and very helpful to us.

The personal service was greatly appreciated as was the fact that it was appreciated by the staff that in buying a bed you are paying a serious amount of money and that you want value for that money over many years.
