Emma the assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable we had already visited the store the day before to look round and she was lovely not pushy at all. When we went back next day to make the purchase she remembered us and went though everything clearly

Assistant was very helpful, but also allowed us time to view, try out, and contemplate decision so we didn't feel pressured or rushed or hassled at all. Welcomed the help when we needed it and even though we changed out minds several times the assistant was patient, understanding and helpful. An enjoyable experience.

The customer service advisor (Graeme) was polite, knowledgeable and didn't give us any hard sell.

Different types of beds were explained by Peter when we entered the store and he was available when needed but not overpowering.

On entering your establishment we were greeted with genuine smiles and asked what we were looking for and directed to the relevant styles. Upon requesting a particular style and price, the information was quickly found together with the colour range, and a demonstration of the action of the Divan base, enabling a quick decision to be made. We were then offered tea and coffee while purchase details were finalised. All your personnel were most pleasant and friendly also
