We were made to feel at ease right from coming through the door.

Service was friendly and very informative. We were helped with the various options to achieve the most suitable choice for our needs.

Good range of products and very helpful staff. We made it clear to Michelle we were only looking and she was still very attentive. We ended up buying Insignia Charnwood 3000 SK mattress which had a good discount, ending soon. We brought the purchase forward to get a very good price.

On an initial visit Graeme was very helpful albeit the actual item we required was not in stock. On my return visit to collect the item now in stock Michelle (Doris) and her colleague Emma were extremely pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable of their products. Michelle also, quite surprisingly, offered me refreshments while at her desk. I must admit I am not used to that level of service.

I pressed wrong button on first question, was highly pleased. The assistance we had was second to none, Emma at Chester store very good as was her colleague, and xtremely pleased with everything, thank you all.

Served by the very friendly, professional and product-knowledgeable store manager, Graeme. I liked the colour coding of the bed/mattress types which cut back on time-wasting and confusion. A happy and relaxed atmosphere throughout the sale process,without pressure. A clever salesman!

We have visited the store twice on both occasions we were assisted very well no pressure to buy but were aware of assistance when required. We had our children with us on both occasions and they were entertained and allowed to try out the beds with us. The assistant was highly knowledgeable and helpful.
